The strange man on the bus

So today was an interesting bus journey to say the least....
As soon as I stepped on the bus I saw this rather odd looking man, he had those round glasses on, you know them really small ones that are literally the size of your eyes, he looked like a bird watcher or a train spotter, just generally strange looking, I thought in my head that he would be trouble, I mean what was he doing on a college bus full of students.
Well within a minute or too he exclaimed to the whole bus "wheelchair users only!! Wheelchair users! " and then I realised he was talking about the girl sat on the seat that said next to it " please give up this seat for wheelchair users"
But the thing was there was not one single person who would ever need a wheelchair on the bus.
The strange man then said again telling the whole bus " she is so selfish, stupid girl"
The girl in question sat there quietly with headphones in pretending not to hear a word.
Everyone on the bus sat there in silence not wanting to look at the man, a girl looked at me with that look " oh god is this really happening" and I did the same.
The strange man then turned around in his seat and tapped the man behind him, the man  had to remove his headphones to hear what the strange man had to say. He then again shouting loudly said to the man whilst pointing to the girl " wheelchair users only!!
The man looked awkward and just muttered something before proceeding to put his headphones in, obviously just wanting to get on with his day.
The bus arrived to the bus stop and a lot of people got off but not the strange man or the girl in the wheelchair only spot. The man got up and moved 3 seats forward and sat right in front of the girl in question, he then stared at her and muttered something, the bus set off again and just before the strange man decided to provoke the girl once more for sitting in a wheelchair on,y seat when there was no wheelchair the bus came to a halt and the girl got off and went her own way, probably to tell all her friends about the strange man.
